Return Policy
Iron & Lime Fitness is a small-batch brand. We produce intentionally, not at mass scale. Because of that, all sales are final.
That said, if we mess something up, we make it right. Period.
Eligible Returns or Replacements
We will accept a return or replacement only in the following cases:
You received the wrong item (size, color, or product differs from what you ordered)
Your item arrived damaged or defective
If either applies, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
How to Request a Return
Email ironandlimefitness@gmail.com with:
Your order number
A brief explanation of the issue
Clear photos showing the damage or incorrect item
Once reviewed and approved, we’ll either issue a replacement or provide return instructions. If it’s our error, you won’t pay for it.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
Incorrect size selected at checkout
Items that have been worn, washed, or used
Final Word
We design our gear to be used, not shuffled back and forth.
Read the product details. Choose carefully. Train hard.
If there’s a legitimate issue, we’ve got you covered. If not, we keep moving forward.
