At Iron and Lime Fitness, we stand behind the quality of our products and your satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our small-batch apparel and fitness gear, all sales are final.

We only accept returns or exchanges if your item arrives incorrect or damaged.

✅ Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, one of the following must apply:

  • You received the wrong item (e.g., incorrect size, color, or product).

  • Your item arrived damaged or defective.

If your order meets one of these conditions, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.

To initiate a return, email us at ironandlimefitness@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the incorrect or damaged item

Once we confirm the issue, we’ll provide instructions for return shipping or send a replacement at no cost to you.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse

  • Wrong size selected by the customer

  • Items worn, washed, or used
